GENERAL DISCLAIMER AND RESPONSIBILITY

Elevate Travel Connection acts solely as an agent on behalf of our clients in arranging transportation, lodging, cruises, tours, activities, and other travel related services. We do not own, operate, or control the suppliers providing these services, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, attractions, or any third party vendors.

Elevate Travel Connection is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, personal injury, illness, accident, death, or property damage resulting from:

  • Acts or omissions of any supplier
  • Defects or failures in any aircraft, vessel, vehicle, or equipment
  • Schedule changes, overbooking, or cancellations by carriers
  • Circumstances beyond our control
  • Force majeure events such as environmental events, supplier operational issues, or general travel risks


RIGHT TO CORRECT ERRORS AND ITINERARY CHANGES

We strive for accuracy in all pricing and itineraries. However, updates or corrections may occasionally be necessary.

Elevate Travel Connection reserves the right to:

  • Correct pricing or clerical errors
  • Make minor adjustments after booking confirmation
  • Modify offers and promotions subject to availability

Itineraries and included services may change due to circumstances beyond our control. When changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives. We cannot be held responsible for changes caused by external factors.


FORCE MAJEURE

Elevate Travel Connection is not liable for delays, failures, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God
  • Natural disasters
  • Extreme weather
  • Floods or fires
  • Volcanic eruptions
  • War or terrorism
  • Civil unrest
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Quarantines
  • National strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation or communication breakdowns

Suppliers may cancel, postpone, or modify trips according to their own policies. Refunds or compensation are determined solely by the supplier.

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering funds, we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including cancel for any reason or force majeure coverage.


TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents.

Elevate Travel Connection does not verify, secure, or replace:

  • Passports
  • Visas
  • REAL IDs
  • Government issued documentation

We are not liable for denied boarding, missed flights, or refusal of entry due to incorrect documentation.


International Travel

  • Passport book must be valid at least six months beyond return date unless destination requires longer validity.
  • Passport cards are not accepted for international air travel.


Domestic Travel

  • TSA approved ID is required.
  • Beginning May 7, 2025, Michigan residents must present a REAL ID compliant license or another federally approved document such as a passport to board domestic flights.

Your airline ticket must exactly match your name, date of birth, and gender on your identification.

Travelers with non US passports may have additional requirements and must notify us at booking.

Visa denial does not entitle you to a refund.

Minors may require notarized parental consent depending on destination.

Travel documents must be reviewed immediately upon receipt. Errors must be reported within 24 hours. Changes after that time may incur supplier fees.


TRAVEL SCHEDULE

Departure times and meeting locations for day trips will be emailed prior to travel.

For multi day trips, a complete itinerary with departure details will be emailed approximately two to three weeks before departure.


PICK UP POLICY

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
  • If you miss your pickup, you may proceed to the next scheduled stop.
  • No shows are not eligible for refunds.


PAYMENT POLICY


Day Trips

  • $75 or less per person: full payment at booking.
  • Over $75 per person:
  • $75 non refundable deposit due within 10 days
  • Final balance due 45 days prior to departure


Multi Day Domestic Motorcoach Tours

  • $200 non refundable deposit within 10 days
  • Final balance due 60 days prior to departure


Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and money orders.

Returned checks incur a $30 fee.


LATE OR MISSED PAYMENTS

If full payment is not received by the final due date:

  • Reservation will be automatically cancelled
  • Payments will be forfeited according to cancellation policy
  • Seats will be released for resale


GRATUITIES

Included:

  • Meals
  • Step on guides

Not included:

  • Driver and tour director

Suggested minimum: $5 per person per day for each.


NON REFUNDABLE WINDOWS

  • Domestic motorcoach only: 75 days prior
  • Domestic with airfare: 120 days prior
  • International: 180 to 220 days prior


ELEVATE EASE OPTIONAL CANCELLATION WAIVER

This is not travel insurance.

Available on fully packaged domestic motorcoach trips only.

Cost: 9 percent of tour price per person, minimum $25. Non refundable.

Covered reasons include documented illness or injury preventing travel.

Refund type:

  • Tier 1 tours $600 or less: 100 percent cash refund
  • Tier 2 tours $601 to $1,999: 100 percent non expiring tour credit

Doctor documentation required within 14 days.

Not available on tours including airfare, cruise, rail, or international components.


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Detailed refund timelines apply based on tour price and whether Elevate Ease was purchased.

If your seat is replaced:

  • Waiting list replacement: refund minus admin fee
  • Self substitute allowed within required timeframes

Does not apply to air, cruise, rail, or ticketed events requiring government ID.


TRAVEL INSURANCE

Elevate Travel Connection strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance.

Coverage may include:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption
  • Medical and evacuation
  • Travel delay
  • Baggage loss
  • Cancel for any reason options

We are not a licensed insurance provider. All claims and coverage decisions are handled by the insurer.

RESCHEDULED OR POSTPONED TOURS

If we must reschedule:

Option 1: Retain reservation on new date
Option 2: Receive full non expiring tour credit

Cash refunds are generally not provided unless specified.


EVENT CANCELLATIONS BY THIRD PARTIES

If a primary event is cancelled:

  • Only recoverable ticket cost will be refunded or credited
  • Other tour costs remain non refundable

Travel insurance is the only way to recover full trip cost.


BAGGAGE POLICY

Motorcoach trips:

  • One large suitcase
  • One personal item

Air travel baggage rules are determined by the carrier.


FLY AND DRIVE TRAVEL

Airline policies apply.

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Airline baggage fees
  • Check in procedures
  • Seat assignments
  • Handling delays or claims directly with the airline


ACTIVITY EXPECTATIONS

Moderate walking is required on most tours.

Guests unable to travel independently should bring a companion.


SMOKING AND ALCOHOL

Smoking and vaping prohibited on motorcoach.

Alcohol consumption must be responsible. Disruptive guests may be removed at their own expense.


MINIMUM AGE

Minimum age is five years old.

Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.


PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS

Only ADA defined service animals permitted.

Emotional support animals are not allowed.

Owners are responsible for control and care of service animals.


OCCUPANCY AND SEATING

Room occupancy does not guarantee extra motorcoach seating.

Second seats may be purchased at booking if available.


REWARD PROGRAM AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

Dream.Travel.Reward.

  • One stamp per travel day
  • 10 stamps equals $35 off future trip
  • Non transferable


Elevate Gift Certificates

  • Available in any denomination
  • Non refundable
  • Not valid toward insurance


PHOTO RELEASE

By traveling with Elevate Travel Connection, you grant permission for photos and videos to be used for marketing purposes unless you notify your tour director.


RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

We reserve the right to:

  • Update these terms at any time
  • Correct errors
  • Adjust itineraries
  • Make operational decisions in the interest of safety


ADVERTISING DISCLOSURE

Elevate Travel Connection may receive commissions or compensation from travel partners.

Compensation does not influence recommendations.

We comply with FTC guidelines and prioritize honest, transparent recommendations.
